Our story

How we got here.

KSoftWeb started in a small office in Bhilai with one thesis: Indian SMEs deserve ERPs built for how they actually run their business — not translated from a Californian playbook.

We ship seven production-grade products across gyms, societies, PGs, coaching, inventory and field ops. Every line of code is written by us, every product is running in production with real customers, and every feature is decided by what our customers actually need — not by a roadmap written in a boardroom.

We grow slowly and on purpose. The team is tiny, senior, and obsessed with the operational realities of Indian small business — GST, UPI, WhatsApp, on-paper-then-digital workflows, branch-by-branch onboarding.

Kishan has spent 7+ years building production software for Indian businesses, and is the engineer behind all six KSoftWeb ERPs — from gym floors in Raipur to multi-country inventory operations. He works from Durg - Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, and believes Indian SMEs deserve software built for how they actually operate: GST-first, WhatsApp-native, and priced in rupees that make sense.
